On this 8-day cycling tour along the historic railway line to St. Affrique, you’ll cross 6 railway bridges and pass through 10 tunnels. For those who prefer to avoid tunnels, the longer ones (over 800 meters) can be bypassed.

Albi’s old city showcases a stunning medieval architectural ensemble. The Old Bridge (Pont-Vieux) and the Saint-Salvi quarter reflect its 10th- and 11th-century origins. The fortified cathedral, built in a unique southern French Gothic style with local red and orange brick, dominates the cityscape, symbolizing the Roman Catholic Church’s renewed power.
