5 to 9 days self guided cycling hotel-tour with baggage transfer.
You can book an extra night in any hotel of the package for a rest-day or an extra cycling day.
Light tours because you will be staying down in the canyons and valleys and you will not go up to the causses. You will only bike flat and down.
The scenery in the Gorges is rather spectacular.

Gorges du Tarn at Roc Hourtous

This tour starts and ends in Millau.
East of Millau the Tarn river and its tributaries carved out 4 canyon like Gorges: Gorges de la Dourbie, Gorges de la Jonte, and the most famous of all the Gorges du Tarn. These Gorges are at the heart of the most spectacular walking area of the Grands Causses Natural Parc. Steep crags of 400m and the typical scenery of limestone plateaus dissected by rivers.

No fast food here, but the French cuisine, honest food in small family run hotels and you will get a warm welcome.

Millau - Le Rozier	Cycling along Tarn river to the entrance of the canyon of the Gorges du Tarn. (22 km)
Le Rozier - Chateau de la Caze	Most spectacular stage of this tour through the Canyon of the Gorges du Tarn, the best known part of this canyon area. Huge walls, vultures circulating above you.... (37 km)
Le Rozier - Meyrueis	Today you leave river Tarn and go to the East, to Meyrueis andthe Cevennes. Through the Gorges of the Jonte. In Le Truel it is worth to stop at the Belvedère des Vautours. (23 km lightly going up)
Meyrueis - Millau (Creissels)	Going down through the Gorges de la Jonte and flat cycling to Millau down in the valley. (23 km down and 24 km flat) or a climb over the Causse first.
